I want to help you go from autopilot to fully alive.

Hi, I’m Abby—and this is my online sanctuary.

Centered with Abby is a refuge from the chaos of modern life—a landing place for depth, grounding, and genuine connection. It is a home base for living, creating, and healing deeply within a community of others trying to do the same.

Here, we go beyond ideas and inspiration. We blend deep thought and inquiry with actionable frameworks, tools, practices, and rituals to help you discover and create the life you actually want to live.

Why this exists

Do you ever feel like you’re sitting on a bullet train, watching life speed past the window?
Does your attention feel scattered, your energy frayed, and your soul quietly whispering, “There has to be more to life…”?
More depth. More presence. More meaning. More passion. More joy?

Do you ever fear that one day you’ll realize you forgot to truly live while you were alive?

You’re not alone. And you’re in the right place.

Centered with Abby is created for people like you. People who want to get the most out of life. People who are tired of the superficiality of doomscrolling and hustle culture. People who long to create a life that feels like a work of art.

This space was made for you, and I’m so happy you’re here.

Why “Centered”?

Centering is a concept woven across time and culture—from Buddhist meditation to Christian contemplative prayer to modern sports psychology.

In its essence, centering is the act of bringing your attention (and perhaps breath and posture) to a steady midpoint—digging beneath the swirl of mental chatter so thought, emotion, and action rise from a place of balance and intention instead of reflex.

It’s how we move from scattered survival‑mode to clear, purposeful living.

Centering is not about hiding from difficult emotions or ignoring the chaos of the world. It’s a tool to help you meet those challenges with more clarity and intention.

Here, CENTERED is also a way of life. It’s an acronym that lays the foundational methodology for Centered with Abby programming.

CENTERED = Center, Engage, Nourish, Thrive, Embody, Reflect, Express, Design—eight steps that weave insight into action to help you create the life you actually want to live.
